The key to marketing is to catch people’s attention, in order to achieve that, we must create drama conflict. Drama conflict is something that can be found in story marketing. Story marketing, is to put emotional element into a brand and using sentimental touch build up brand image. Hence, the more information we tell the audience, the more effective our advertisement. Using story to resonate with target audience is a long terms way to keep the audience as story is not something that will expired. With the impact of visual and audio in this era of new media, it is easier to reach mass audiences as well as keeping loyal customers.
