TikTok has become one of the most downloaded apps in the world. It is basically a platform where people of the internet upload short videos either of themselves or with a group of friends.

TikTok已成为世界上下载次数最多的应用程序之一。基本上,这是一个平台,大家可以在互联网发布个人或团体的短片。

As the trend grows bigger, more and more variety in the types of videos can be found on TikTok. For instance, influencers share their favourite products, sharing daily life hacks, make-up skills, skateboarding skills and the list goes on and on. Most TikTok videos are up to 15-seconds long additionally a 60-seconds stories-type videos as well.

随着趋势越来越大,在TikTok上可以找到越来越多的视频类型。例如,代言人分享他们最喜欢的产品,分享日常生活中的技巧,化妆技巧,滑板技巧大多数TikTok影片最长可达15秒,另外还有60秒的故事型影片。

 

 Well, as we can tell everything listed out above is really some exciting content to consume. Did you know, more than 500 million people globally use TikTok each month? Yes, it is an overwhelming amount of people hence lots of business and marketing tactics enter to our daily lives, sometimes without even noticing. 

我们看得出来上面列出的其实都是一些有趣的内容。您知道吗?全球每个月有超过5亿人使用TikTok。是的,这是一个庞大的人群,然而其实TikTok的使用者都在日常生活接触到商业和营销策略都,但往往都会忽略有时甚至没有引起注意。

 

Allow us to elaborate. TikTok actively targets Generation Z, 66% of TikTok users are under 30 years old. Young entrepreneurs would take the opportunity to attract more business. But here is the real question, is TikTok really in the market? And how brands use TikTok to help their business grow?

If your company is willing to invest more on advertising then you can pay to advertise on TikTok. While people scroll through between videos they might stumble across your ad and don’t forget to make your ad an interesting one that is enough to immerse viewers. One day hopefully they could be your customers.

But it is always better to hand in your product to the influencers themselves and they would create content as they are more familiar with what their audience prefers. By using this way people would be convinced in an easier way as they see influencers are happy and satisfied with what they use.
